“Do you know who you are? Do you know what’s happened to you? Do you want to live this way?” ~ Cristina Yang

We have walked the road, the road we felt was right, we walked until we’ve met the infamous dead-end. We stayed there for a while, not knowing what to do, or where to go next.

We’ve decided to move on, cause a dead-end can’t be right, not for so long. We fought, but one can’t really fight a wall!

Try a different route, cause that’s just practical. Now, we don’t know what is right anymore, no matter what we think or feel, it doesn’t really matter, cause despite how right things might securely perceived, or how much signs we get, no matter how it might sound like it’s one in a million chance, we still end up in yet another dead-end.

And we learn in time, that it hurts, everywhere we go.

So, we choose to do nothing and stand wherever we are, we choose to stop fighting once and for all cause we’re as insignificant as the pain we go through.

We stand right there and wish life could take its lessons back, the so-called lessons that everyone refers to as trophies when life ceases to give you what you long wanted. Those lessons you’ve been hoarding in that heavy baggage you’ve been dragging around with you.

We stand still, scared of the un-taken steps, afraid of any leap of faith, cause every step is just as pointless as all those lessons we learn.
